<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the diameter of a through space on a ring inner side while retaining strength, in a ring gear rotatably supported by a shaft. <P>SOLUTION: This ring gear 42 is formed with external teeth on its outer peripheral surface and is provided with two flanges 68 on its inner peripheral surface. A plurality of bearing rolling elements 44 are arranged between the two flanges 68. The ring gear 42 is rotatably supported by the shaft 6 through the bearing rolling elements 44. Even if the radial thickness of the ring gear 42 is reduced, the strength of the ring gear 42 is retained.
