PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expansively manage a game parlor by planning management policies of the game parlor and the like using a game machine management system for acquiring the operation state of each game machine in a game parlor. SOLUTION: This game parlor management system calculates operation information data by dividing them at a constant period, and displays the operation information data in time series to a display terminal provided in a supervisory computer so as to acquire the situation of an occurrence of a trouble of a game machine and the presence of a fraud done by a game player, acquire the popularity of installed game machines of respective models, acquire the states for every groups by probationally introducing other new models or grouping the respective game machines, acquire management information data and provide basic data of the management of the game parlor such as planning next measures for the management of the game parlor.
