PURPOSE: A fuel saving device of an automatic transmission vehicle is provided to prevent fuel waste due to acceleration or an engine at idle by controlling an automatic transmission according to the detected inclination. CONSTITUTION: A fuel saving device of an automatic transmission vehicle includes an idle expecting part, an inclination detecting part(480), and a fuel saving control part(200). The idle expecting part predetermines the idle which is expected. The inclination detecting part detects the inclination of the vehicle in travelling. The fuel saving control part controls a gear location of an automatic transmission in a driving mode. The fuel saving device further includes an indoor temperature sensing part.
