摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting device, which can produce a vibration phenomenon with favorable responsiveness of a tactile element, attain reduction in size and weight and improvement in energy efficiency while facilitating the manufacture, and increase the vibration amplitude. <P>SOLUTION: The information transmitting device comprises an actuator 4 which carries out the vibration phenomenon, a pulse generator, and a voltage amplifier. The actuator 4 includes a shape memory alloy body 5, a substrate 6 and a tactile element 7. Both end parts 51 of the shape memory alloy body 5 are attached to the substrate 6, and a tensile force is applied to an intermediate part 52 thereof by being pressed by one end of the tactile element 7. The shape memory alloy body 5 is vibrated by applying a pulse voltage thereto from the pulse generator, and the tactile element 7 transmits the vibration to a living body. According to this, the responsiveness of the vibration phenomenon can be enhanced, the size and weight of the information transmitting device can be reduced while ensuring good energy efficiency.
