<p>The die (410) has a bore (704) formed in a body (702). The bore is provided with parts (706, 710) for constituting impressions of a skirt and a rod of a flexible tube, respectively. The bore is provided with a third part (708) for constituting an impression of a blocking unit at a junction of the rod and the skirt. The blocking unit is in the form of a collet provided with spuds. The spuds of the third part are provided with respective sliding surfaces and blocking surfaces, where each surface is parallel to an axis of the rod.</p> |
