PURPOSE: A moisture separating device of diesel fuel is provided to prevent moisture from being mixed with the fuel by minimizing the amount of moisture remaining within a fuel filter. CONSTITUTION: A moisture separating device of diesel fuel comprises a floater(3), a lower case(1), an inner structure, a link member(8), a link bracket(5), and an elastic member. The lower case is positioned on the lower part of the fuel filter and is formed in a curved shape. An outer moisture outlet(1a) is formed on the lower part of the lower case. The inner structure is installed inside the lower case and an inner water outlet(7a) is formed. The link member is connected to one end of the inner structure. The link bracket moves along the movement of the floater and a guide groove(5a) is formed inside the link bracket. The elastic member provides the force of restitution in order return back the floater after rising.
