PURPOSE: An oil fan of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle is provided to improve rigidity and impact property of an oil fan by forming a reinforcement plate of metal material on the outside of the oil fan. CONSTITUTION: An oil fan of an internal combustion engine for a vehicle is made of synthetic resin materials. A reinforcement plate(30) made of the metal material is inserted into the both sides and the lower surface of the oil fan. A buffer member of rubber material is formed among the both sides of the oil fan, the lower surface, and the reinforcement plate.
