PURPOSE: A jack-up tool fixing device is provided to prevent safety accidents due to separation in the quick stop of vehicles by regulating the forward direction movement of a jack-up tool. CONSTITUTION: A jack-up tool fixing device(50) comprises a lower plate(51), an upper plate(53), a fixation pin(55), and a fixation pin binding bracket(58). The lower plate is coupled on the bottom surface in which a jack-up tool is fixed. The upper plate is located on the upper part of the lower plate. The upper plate forms a first space part(54) between the lower plate and the upper plate. The upper plate forms a second space part(56). The fixation pin fixes the front end of the upper plate. The fixation pin is coupled on the fixation pin binding bracket.
