PURPOSE: A medicine packing apparatus is provided, which can easily clean medicine remaining in the peripheral groove of a disk. CONSTITUTION: A medicine packing apparatus comprises a main body; a disk(5) with a peripheral groove which is installed in the main body to be rotatable; a medicine discharge device(8) which discharges medicine provided to the peripheral groove by one pack; and a packing device which packs medicine outputted from the medicine discharge device. A lock mechanism preventing rotation of the disk is installed in the medicine supply location. In the peripheral part of the disk locating in the top, a guide unit preventing falling of medicine is formed.
