PURPOSE: A twist board is provided, which achieves excellent durability, can reduce unit cost and change traveling direction backward or forward. CONSTITUTION: A twist board comprises a stage(110) for stepping on; a first caster mounted on one side of the bottom of the stage; and two casters which are installed in order to form triangulation with the first caster. The first caster and second caster are directional casters sloped to one side from the installation spot. The stage is partitioned into two parts. In one stage, the second casters are installed. In the other stage, the first caster is installed. The partitioned stage is connected to a torsion bar.
