The invention relates to pharmaceutical composition for hormone replacement therapy containing as a first active component a sufficient amount of estrogene such as estradiol or estradiol valerate to cure diseases, abnormalities and symptoms caused by the insufficient autogenous level of estrogene in woman, and as a second active component a sufficient amount of 6,7,15,16-dimethylene-3-oxo-17-preg-4-ene-21,17-carbolactone (drospirenone, DRSP) to protect an endometrium from a side effect of estrogene is useful especially for women near, in and after menopause. |
