PURPOSE: An invasive double wave length laser needle is provided, which controls two semiconductor lasers independently in series and pulse mode. CONSTITUTION: An invasive double wave length laser needle comprises a first semiconductor laser(260) offering reddish laser beam to the first optical fiber needle; a second semiconductor laser(270) offering greenish laser beam to the second optical fiber needle; and a drive circuit which drives the first semiconductor laser and the second semiconductor laser. The drive circuit comprises a first constant current supply part(240); a second constant current supply part(250); and a function generator(230).
