The invention relates to area of nuclear physics and can be used for registration of elementary particles with high energies. Liquid scintillator has primary base of organosyloxanes that have organic radicals with number of carbon atoms, secondary base – aromatic hydrocarbon, activator and spectrum shifter – oxasole molecules of which comprise five cycles. Secondary base is tret-bythyltoluene. Technical result of the invention is in increase of scintillation effectiveness, provision of fire safety of scintillator at conditions of operation in large volumes, decrease of toxicity of scintillator. |
