The device has a casing (1) with a large notch (2) closed by a membrane (3) and permitting flat placement of a large toe at bottom of the casing when the membrane is cut to permit the toe to be immersed in pharmaceutical solution poured in the casing. Rounded edges of the notch permit fixation of the membrane, and the casing is sealed, opened towards the top and solid. A lateral wall of the casing comprising the notch includes thickness higher than that of other walls. The membrane is made of flexible and hydrophobic material such as silicone, rubber and plastic.
