<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring an organic compound, distinguishing even an isomer using signals of parent ions, detecting it in real time with high sensitivity, and then measuring concentration, in the measurement of an organic compound, in particular, a multiple component trace volatile organic compound mixed in the atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: The method for collectively measuring a multicomponent organic compound includes: the steps of a first stage of proton movement reaction for generating H<SB>3</SB>O<SP>+</SP>by an ion source, making the H<SB>3</SB>O<SP>+</SP>react with a reagent VOC<SB>1</SB>under a voltage application state, and then generating VOC<SB>1</SB>-H<SP>+</SP>; a second proton movement reaction, following the first stage of proton movement reaction, for making the VOC<SB>1</SB>-H<SP>+</SP>react with a sample gas under the voltage application state to generate VOC<SB>2</SB>-H<SP>+</SP>; and an analyzing unit for detecting the VOC<SB>2</SB>-H<SP>+</SP>and converting to the concentration of VOC<SB>2</SB>in the sample gas from the detected VOC<SB>2</SB>-H<SP>+</SP>; wherein, a plurality of reagents VOC<SB>1</SB>with different proton affinities are made to react with the H<SB>3</SB>O<SP>+</SP>sequentially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
