<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board thinner than a conventional one, and also to provide a touch panel, a display panel, and a display, each having the printed wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring layer 33 is arranged so that it is brought into contact with only one face of a base film 31. An anisotropic conductive film 35 installed on one face of the base film 31 is electrically connected to two wiring layers 32 which are installed on one face of the base film 31 and whose openings are not confronted each other.
