PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-pull lock used in a thin door for house or the like. SOLUTION: This push-pull lock includes a lock box, a pull-side handle part and a push-side handle. The lock box 2 houses: a latch bolt 15 reciprocating and provided with a latch part 37 at a forward movement end; a linear acting member 11 reciprocating and provided with a head part 29 protruding outward at a backward movement side end; and a swing member 12 for protruding the latch part outward by moving of the linear acting member to the backward movement end and pulling in the latch part by moving of the linear acting member to the forward movement end. A pull-side handle part 3 is provided with: a pull side handle 42 arranged on a surface side and swinging centered on the direction in which the latch bolt and the linear acting member are arranged in parallel; and a first pressing part 54 protruding onto a back side and swinging in the reverse direction by swinging of the pull side handle. A push-side handle part is provided with a push side handle 58 arranged on a surface side and swinging centered on the same direction as the center of swinging of the pull side handle and a second pressing part 67 protruding onto a back side and swinging integrally with the push side handle.
