<p>In certain embodiments, a barrier system includes a first terminal post, a second terminal post, and a cable spanning at least a portion of the distance between the first terminal post and the second terminal post. The system further includes a first spring member having a first end coupled to the first terminal post and a second end coupled to the cable. The system further includes a second spring member having a first end coupled to the cable and a second end coupled to the second terminal post.
