<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor having high maintainability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device 1 with the sensor has a sensor mechanism for detecting relative rotation between an outer ring 3 and an inner shaft 2, and a sealing mechanism for sealing an annular opening between the outer ring 3 and the inner shaft 2. The sealing mechanism has a slinger 10 integrally rotatably fixed to an end part outer peripheral surface of the inner shaft 2, and annular core metal 11 fitted in an inner peripheral surface 3c of the outer ring 3. The sensor mechanism has a magnetizing pulser ring 12 integrally rotatably fixed to the slinger 10, a sensor part 14 including a magnetic sensor 13, an annular fixing member 15 fitted around and fixed to an outer peripheral surface 3d of the outer ring 3, and fixtures 21 and 22 for detachably installing the sensor part 14 in this fixing member 15.
