PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain drier drying efficiently by simple operation without requiring complicated operation and causing time loss when setting of drying operation is changed after it is started. SOLUTION: The grain drier includes a circulating drying device (3), a moisture measuring device (20), a grain charging quantity setting means, a grain type setting means and a control device (19) for controlling device equipment, etc. The control device (19) performs turnaround moisture measurement for measuring a stratified moisture value of a section number corresponding to the charging amount and grain type of charged grain charged to the circulating drying device (3) by one circulation of the grain at start of the drying operation and then, performs drying control based on the stratified moisture value. Moreover, the control device (19) performs additional turnaround moisture measurement in accordance with setting change in at least one of the charging amount and grain type, and performs the drying control based on the new stratified moisture value.
