SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method of stimulating immunological response using a synergic combination of a compound and its related products. The method of stimulating immunological response in subjects includes a step of administering to a subject exposed to an antigen an effective dose of the immunoenhancing cytokine and the immunostimulating CpG oligonucleotide having a sequence including at least the formula, 5'X1CGX23' for inducing their synergistic antigen-specific immunological response, wherein the oligonucleotide includes at least eight nucleotides.
