The present invention relates to a portable roaster which can be stored and carried in an extremely convenient and easy manner, and which can adjust the degree of roasting to prevent meat from burning. The portable roaster of the present invention comprises: a substrate member having a rim, on the rear end of which a support ring is upwardly arranged; a windproof member mounted on the upper surface of the substrate member; a pole member, the lower end of which is shaft-coupled to the rear end of the substrate member, and which rotates to stand upright so as to be supported by the support ring and prevented from falling to the front; and a grill member having a height adjustment ring which is slanted upwardly at the rear end thereof and coupled to the pole member, as well as a locking pin which is fixed across the inside of the height adjustment ring and which gets caught at the rear surface of the pole member such that the locking pin is located above the rear end of the grill member caught at the front surface of the pole member when the height adjustment ring is coupled to the pole member. |
