A 3D ultrasonographic device includes: an ultrasonic transducer formed by a plurality of piezoelectric oscillators arranged in an m × n matrix; a signal detection device which receives an ultrasonic wave oscillated from a piezoelectric oscillator successively selected, as an echo reflected from a junction portion of a inspection object and detects an electric signal of the echo; a signal processing device which generates 3D imaged data by processing the electric signal; and a display processing device which displays the result of the 3D imaged data generated by the signal processing device. The display processing device is equipped with: a peak detection unit which detects a first peak and a second peak of intensity distribution in the 3D imaged data depth (z) direction; a junction portion image generation unit which generates a 3D image of the junction portion by mapping the z-direction distance of the first peak and the second peak onto the x-y plane; an evaluation unit which judges whether the junction portion is good; and a display unit which displays the 3D image of the junction portion and the junction evaluation result of the junction portion.
