CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall having a replaceable swing type transparent soundproof panel comprises a footing plate, multiple posts, and transparent soundproof panels(4). The posts are installed on the top of the footing plate at a certain interval. The transparent soundproof panels are installed between the posts. And the transparent soundproof panels are composed of an L-type frame by installing frames in the border of transparent soundproof plates. A side bar(421) and a lower bar(422) are connected in the L-type frame.
