<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jasmine tea beverage having enhanced flavor, more specifically the one exhibiting the flavor of jasmine sufficiently satisfactory even when it is drunk in a chilled state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The jasmine tea beverage is regulated so that the proportion (B)/(A) of the weight of benzyl alcohol (B) to the total weight (A) of linalool and methyl anthranilate of the jasmine tea may be 1.90 or more. The jasmine tea beverage has flowery strong top note even when the beverage in the chilled state is drunk after filling the jasmine tea beverage having a value of (B)/(A) ≥1.9 into a container, and chilling the beverage. It is confirmed that the diffusibility of the top note is flowery and strong like a hot jasmine tea beverage. The jasmine tea beverage packed in a container is the nonconventional one continuing the sweet fragrance of the flower of jasmine not only at the top note but also at the last note after drinking (after swallowing).
