<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusable wristband having an identification member to be attached to a wrist of a user in various kinds of amusement parks, leisure facilities or in medical practice, capable of identifying the user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A belt having the identification member for identifying the user is attached to ends of a first side face part and a second side face part of an approximately U-shaped buckle consisting of the first side face part, the second side face part and a connection piece connecting the side face parts via a fixing pin. A connection pin is attached with the fixing pin as the center of turning in such a way as to orthogonally cross the fixing pin so that one end of the pin abuts on the connection piece. An end of the belt with through-holes bored in line in the longitudinal direction of the belt is inserted between the buckle and the fixing pin, and the connection pin is inserted into a through-hole so that a circular shape can be formed. The wristband with the identification member has a cover which is engaged in such a way as turnable around a shaft part disposed in the first side face part of the buckle, and is engaged with a stepped part on the inner side of the second side face part or the through-hole.
