PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intramedullary nail adjusting the positional relation among a body and engagement members and fixing the body to the engagement members at the same time if a plurality of engagement members are used; and an intramedullary nail body used therein. SOLUTION: The intramedullary nail 9 comprises the rod-shaped intramedullary nail body 10 having a plurality of through-holes 12 and 14, inserted into the medulla from one end of an extended bone to intersect the axis thereof; a main lag screw and a subordinate lag screw 22 as the plurality of engagement members to be inserted into the through-holes 12 and 14 respectively to be engaged with the bone; and an adjustment member 11 for adjusting and fixing the position of the subordinate lag screw 22. The angle θ of the subordinate lag screw 22 to the axis can be adjusted while the angle can be fixed with the subordinate lag screw engaged with the bone by the shape of the subordinate through-hole 14 and the adjustment member 11.
