PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Himalaya glacier water is provided to supply the composition to skin and reduce stratum corneum. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-100 weight% of Himalaya glacier water as an active ingredient. The glacier water is collected from Vilcabamba of Ecuador or Hunza of Himalaya. The glacier water has a structure of forming colloid by nanosized silica. A cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water or pack.
