<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting handle for game machine, which can improve durability at low cost, to achieve smooth rotating operation of a rotating operation member and to prevent foreign bodies from being inserted and fixed by simple structure in which a large groove part is provided in a rotating axis direction between a fixed member and the rotating operation member so as not to hold the inserted foreign bodies; and to provide a game machine having the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The end face 310a of a projection 310 on the side of a rotating lever 30 and an end face 11a of the peripheral wall part 11 of an opening of a grip body 10 are arranged so as to face each other so that the foreign body such as a coin C inserted from outside is removed outside without holding it. A large gap SA2 (the groove part) is formed cylindrically in front and rear directions so as to avoid a fixed state of the rotating lever 30 with respect to the grip body 10. Both end faces 310a and 11a are separated, while facing each other, outside of a radial direction of a small gap SA1, so that the large gap SA2 is formed wider and larger than the small gap SA1 in a direction of a rotating axis O.
