<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely machine a workpiece into a predetermined shape and to improve the work efficiency of machining the workpiece. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This control method for generating locus data of a tool for machining to workpiece from coordinate data constituting a three-dimensional model and applying machining to the workpiece on the basis of the locus data includes: a first processing path setting process for continuously setting a first moving loci of the tool on the surface of the three-dimensional model at equal intervals and in parallel; a second processing path setting process for continuously setting second moving loci of the tool from a position at which the first moving loci terminate toward the start end of the first moving loci between the first moving loci at equal intervals and in parallel; and a processing process for sequentially moving the tool along the first moving loci and the second loci to apply machining to the workpiece.
