The blower has two oppositely arranged blower wheels provided on an output shaft (16) of a driving motor (14) i.e. electric motor. One of the blower wheels is provided as an outer ring around other blower wheel and arranged in a circular area between an outer pipe (10) and an inner pipe (12). The blower wheel surrounded by the outer ring lies within the inner pipe. The inner pipe has a circularly rotating recess (24) through which radial arms run from one of blower wheels to other blower wheel. The driving motor is arranged in a center of the inner pipe.
