<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control device, an air-conditioning control method and an air-conditioning control program capable of stabilizing the environment of an air-conditioned space while saving energy. <P>SOLUTION: This air-conditioning control device 3 performs a forced stop operation of an air conditioner 1a based on cycle data when a temperature of the air-conditioned space set with the air conditioner 1a is within a first temperature range, and sets the cycle data so that a stoppable time is kept within a range of 5-40% to a time of one cycle when the stoppable time is out of the range of 5-40%. Thus the balance of an operation time and a stop time of the air conditioner 1a is kept at a value to stabilize the environment of the air-conditioned space to save energy, as a result, the environment of the air-conditioned space can be stabilized, and the energy can be saved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
