ARTIFICIAL KIDNEY PRECURSOR AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

Disclosed is an artificial kidney precursor comprising a non-human mammalian metanephron removed out of a living body, wherein the metanephron has been subjected to freezing and thawing in vitro and contains a mammalian mesenchymal stem cell transplanted thereinto in vitro.  Also disclosed is a process for producing the artificial kidney precursor.
