PURPOSE: An audio coding embodying the encoding of the low complexity is provided to implement an encoding scheme by implementing a processing unit and supply a software program product storing a software code. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) offers a decoder. Sub-bands include a decompanding unit, a size adjustment unit and a conversion unit. The decompanding unit generates received encoded audio data. The size adjustment unit adjusts the size as the first parameter. The conversion unit unites sub-bands which are adjusted in size as decoded audio signal. |
