摘要 <p>A method for collecting high carbon and low carbon alloy steel by using an induction furnace is provided to forcedly precipitate waste manganese dust in a metal zone of a lower part of a slag line through a high-frequency induction furnace, thereby manufacturing low carbon manganese alloy steel. A method for collecting high carbon and low carbon alloy steel by using an induction furnace comprises the following steps. A pellet composed of 5~10wt.% of cokes, 5~10wt.% of lime, 3~5wt.% of bentonite, 15~20wt.% of magnesium sulfate, and waste manganese oxide dust is manufactured. Manganese oxide(Mn3O4) of the waste manganese dust is reduced to manganius oxide(MnO). A part of sulfur is removed. The waste manganese oxide of the pellet is reduced by cokes in the high frequency induction furnace.</p>
