PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a user from being induced to a Web site irrelevant to a pamphlet due to a code image carried in a pamphlet or the like.

SOLUTION: Terminal equipment 3 is provided with: a data acquisition part 301 for acquiring image data including code data showing the location of a Web page; a Web page data acquisition part 305 for acquiring a Web page based on the code data; a relevancy calculation part 306 for comparing the section of the acquired image data excluding the code data with the acquired Web page to calculate the relevancy of both of them; and a print control part 308 for printing the image data by excluding the code data when the calculated relevancy is lower than a prescribed threshold, and for printing the image data without excluding the code data when the relevancy is equal to or more than the threshold.
