<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate hospital leaving without requiring technical expertise. <P>SOLUTION: A hospital-leaving evaluation program is configured, such that a readout processing unit 14a reads out from a memory an evaluation list which includes a first evaluation item group, constituted of evaluation items in a question format, requesting an alternative reply in regard to the attribute of a hospitalized patient; a second evaluation item group constituted of evaluation items in regard to the attribute of other than hospitalized patients, and evaluation item information, including a predetermined weighting value, with each being made to correspond to the evaluation items included in the evaluation list; an answer acceptance processing unit 14b displays the readout evaluation list of the evaluation item information on a display unit, and accepts the answer relative to the above evaluation list on each evaluation item, as a binary variable; and a hospital-leaving probability calculation processing unit 14c calculates a discharge-from-hospital probability. indicative of the probability of the hospitalized patient's discharge from hospital, based on the accepted binary variable and the weighting value of the readout evaluation item information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
