PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attachment of dust and moisture to various electric components and to cool a heating element with respect to a refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: This refrigerating device includes a refrigerant circuit for performing a refrigerating cycle by circulating a refrigerant, the electric components for controlling components of the refrigerant circuit, and an electric component box (31) receiving the electric components. The inside of the electric component box (31) is constituted as a closed space. A heat sink (42) of which an upper end is positioned at least at an upper part of a coil component (62) as the heating element among the electric components, and a reactor (63), and which is cooled by a refrigerant jacket (41) to cool the air in the electric component box (31) is disposed in the electric component box (31).
