<p>The invention provides a blank of a sheet material suitable for being arranged in an area in which an individual practises an undesired behaviour. The blank has a layered structure with an electrically isolating first layer and an electrically conductive second layer which can carry an electrical charge. Upon contact with an outer surface of the second layer, the individual experience an electric shock.</p> |
