PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet dynamo-electric machine achieving a low-torque pulsation (approximately 1% in P-P) in a wide range from a rating torque to a maximum torque and a reduction in cost and preventing the falling-off of a coil by a simple configuration.
SOLUTION: The permanent magnet dynamo-electric machine has a stator consisting of a stator core with stator salient poles and stator windings stored in slots formed in the stator core and a rotor consisting of a plurality of permanent magnets arranged at regular intervals in the peripheral direction and a rotor core forming magnetic paths for magnetic fluxes by the permanent magnets. In the permanent magnet dynamo-electric machine, the stator core is formed by laminating magnetic members. In the permanent-magnet dynamo-electric machine, the stator salient poles have projections extending in the peripheral direction to front ends, and a fully-opened opening width S and a mean opening width Sa satisfy (formula 1) regarding opening widths at the front ends among the stator salient poles adjacent in the peripheral direction.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
|
