PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor for precluding deposition, a crack and an uneven density from being generated even when using a polystyrene or polyphenylene oxide resin in a charge transport layer, and stable in storage over a long period, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a support body, a charge generation layer provided on the support body and containing a charge generation substance, and the charge transport layer provided on the charge generation layer and containing a charge transporting compound, and the charge transport layer contains the charge transporting compound having a 6-10C alkyl group, and the polystyrene resin or the polyphenylene oxide resin.
