<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device having improved working efficiency in replacing a battery while preventing the loss and breakage of a battery cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A leading-in mechanism 30 is constructed to energize a cable 32 to one side end of which a cable side connector 33 is fixed, to be drawable to the inside of a housing 31 and to be drawable from the inside of the housing 31. To the battery cover 40, a cover side connector 50 is fixed which can engage/disengage with/from the cable side connector 33. The battery cover 40 and the leading-in mechanism 30 are aligned so that the cable side connector 33 and the cover side connector 50 engage with each other in the leading-in condition when an opening portion 22 of a battery box 20 is closed with the battery cover 40.
