PURPOSE: A parabolic reflectors and a manufacturing method thereby are provided to prevent a reflector being transformed caused by an external force by making a reflector thin and protecting it with a stand. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a stand(1) is formed by pressing a light metal through a press mold. A stand includes a paraboloid and a plurality of reinforcement beads(11, 12) is formed therein. A reflector(2) is formed with a thin glass plate adhered on the inner surface of the stand. The reflective material is coated on the side facing to the stand of the reflector. The thickness of the stand is 1mm-3mm, and the thickness of the glass forming the reflector is 0.5mm- 0.9mm. At least hole is formed the circumference of the reinforcement bead.
