<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented thermoplastic resin film having little interference irregularity, a resin film with an adhesion reform layer having superior adhesiveness between the laminated thermoplastic resin film and an optical functional layer even with the use of a high output ultraviolet ray irradiation apparatus, in manufacturing an optical film having an optical functional layer on both sides. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This is a laminated thermoplastic resin film having a thermoplastic resin film and, on both sides thereof, an adhesion reform layer. The transmissivity of the ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 365 nm of the laminated thermoplastic resin film is ≥70% and <85%. Each adhesion-modifying layer is essentially constituted of copolymerized polyester-based resin crosslinked with melamine-based crosslinking agent, and contains a high boiling point solvent of ≥0.005 mass% and <0.05 mass%, wherein the copolymerized polyester-based resin has a naphthalene skeleton.
