PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device reducing time and effort and costs for adjustment required when an automatic warehousing or the like is constructed without the necessity of keeping a positional relation between the longitudinal direction of a rail and the extension direction of a slide device within strict accuracy. SOLUTION: In this conveying device, a conveying device body is provided with the slide device extending in the transfer direction, the slide device is provided with a transfer carriage T2 for placing a conveying object, and the transfer carriage T2 is provided with rotors 61 rolling on the rails 32, 92 provided to a target for conveyance.
