A differential quadrature phase shift keying system, method and equipment are provided. The system includes: a sender, for pre-coding a first original signal and a second original signal which are input, generating an in-phase signal and a quadrature signal, modulating the in-phase signal to generate a first differential phase shift keying signal, modulating the quadrature signal to generate a second differential phase shift keying signal, shifting the phase of one signal between the first differential phase shift keying signal and the second differential phase shift keying signal by 90 degrees, then interfering with the other signal, obtaining a differential quadrature phase shift keying signal, and transmitting the differential quadrature phase shift keying signal to a receiver; the receiver, for demodulating the differential quadrature phase shift keying signal from the sender by the mode of detuning filtering, then reverting the first original signal and the second original signal by a photoelectric conversion.
