<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel preventing malfunction by the noise or an external environment is provided to increase response speed by processing the location detection signal by application of the digital signal as location detection signal. CONSTITUTION: A touch cell(50) has a conductive pad. The touch cell is formed in the divided area of an active area. The conducting pad is connected to a second signal line(44). A conductor is touched with the conducting pad. A transmitting control IC(Integrated Circuit) dispatches the location detection signal.
