PURPOSE: A photocatalytic functional film is provided to offer good photocatalytic activity through an inline or an offline coating process, and to offer good adhesion and transparency about base mateails. CONSTITUTION: A photocatalytic functional film comprises a polyester film and a coating layer which is formed by coating at least one side of the polyester film with titanium dioxide photocatalyst compositions over 1 time. The photocatalytic functional film satisfies the following equation 1, and 2 and 3. The first equation is TR>=70. The second equation is CAΔ10. The third equation is GB>=50. The titanium dioxide photocatalyst compositions include binder resin, titanium dioxide powder and a silane coupling agent. The photocatalyst functional film includes the titanium dioxide powder of 0.5 ~ 50 parts by weight based on the binder resin of 100 parts by weight.
