PURPOSE: A door embedded auto hinge apparatus is provided to prevent sagging of a door by supporting the hinge joint plate and the housing with the boss of the door support key. CONSTITUTION: A door embedded auto hinge apparatus comprises a piston head(163), a cylinder, a housing(110), a hinge joint plate(120), and a door support key(133). When the door is opened, the piston head rests the lower position to form a hydraulic chamber on the upper side in the cylinder. When the door is closed, the piston head forms a hydraulic chamber on the lower side in the cylinder. The lower part of the housing is closed with the door support key which is connected to the housing by the hinge joint plate. The door support key has a boss(133b) which is pressed against the part of the bottom perimeter of the hinge joint plate. |
