PURPOSE: A multi-functional folding fan is provided, which prevents sweat from being generated in the hand and makes coupling of the fan face and handle easy. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional folding fan comprises a fan face(110) and a handle connected to the fan face; a binding jaw(112) formed in the outer circumference of fan face; a combining hole(114) which is close to the binding jaw and is formed on the same axis; an insertion part(121) which is formed so that the binding jaw and combining hole can be inserted; a axis projection(122) which is formed on the insertion part; a fastener(130) preventing separation of the fan face; and a groove portion(123).
